Nisene provides technical review, diagnosis and repair support for supported systems. Scope, availability, method and commercial terms are confirmed for each request.
Chemical, plasma, laser and mechanical package-opening systems. Support for a specific model and revision is confirmed on enquiry.
Nisene reviews the reported symptoms, system configuration and operating context before proposing a route.
Some issues may be reviewed remotely where the fault, system configuration and site arrangements make this appropriate.
The service route is proposed after review. Availability, method and terms are confirmed by quotation.
Component supply is subject to current availability and applicable lead times.
Scheduled maintenance may be available for selected systems and territories.
Older systems are reviewed individually. Support cannot be assumed for any discontinued model or revision.
Written authorization is required before any equipment, component or tooling is returned.
Providing the following at the outset reduces the number of exchanges required before a route can be proposed.
Equipment, components and tooling may carry chemical residue, sharp edges, laser, vacuum, electrical or fragment hazards. A safety and contamination status must be declared before any item is handled, shipped or returned. Do not ship anything to Nisene before written authorization and instructions have been issued.
Describe the system, the symptoms and the operational and safety status. Nisene will review the request and advise on the appropriate route.
Tell us the system, the package type and what you need to achieve, and our applications team will respond.
