Items found to be non-repairable or outside the supported range are reported with the available options.
Customs documentation, duties and regulatory requirements are the responsibility of the sender unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The return destination is issued with the written authorization and is specific to the item and territory.
No turnaround time is stated. Inspection and repair timescales depend on the item, the fault and component availability.
Complete the request and declare the safety and contamination status of the item. Nisene will review and, where appropriate, issue written authorization with packaging and shipping instructions.
