Chip-on-Board LEDs

A common 30 mm chip-on-board platform, in nine products.

Polymatech CoB components, manufactured in India and available from Nisene in the United States.

The nine-product range covers white, blue, hyper-red, red-and-infrared, UV-A and UV-C product categories on a common 30 mm mechanical platform. Electrical, optical and thermal characteristics vary by configuration.

These are component series sheets, not configuration specifications. Wavelength, radiant output, electrical rating and optical performance are confirmed for each ordered configuration in a controlled specification.

Ultraviolet product safety

UV-A

Ultraviolet radiation can cause eye and skin injury. Do not look directly at an energised emitter. The integrator must provide shielding, interlocks, warning labelling and a completed system-level risk assessment appropriate to the finished product.

UV-C 270 nm

UV-C radiation can cause serious eye and skin injury. Exposure must be prevented by design. This platform is intended solely for integration by qualified equipment manufacturers, who are responsible for shielding, interlocks, warning labelling and a completed system-level risk assessment.

No sterilisation, disinfection, pathogen-reduction, medical or treatment-efficacy claim is made for any product on this page.

Discuss a chip-on-board LED requirement

Tell us about the package, wire-bond material, required exposure area and analysis objective. Nisene will review the application and advise on system configuration, fixture selection and the appropriate evaluation route.
